Angefangen von der klassischen Zen Meditation (Sitzmeditation und Gehmeditation) \u00fcber bewegte Meditationen (z.B. nach Osho oder Latihan) bis hin zur Innenschau mit Yoga Nidra, Phantasiereisen oder gef\u00fchrten Traumreisen. Jede einzelne Meditationstechnik hat ihre eigene Qualit\u00e4t und ihren eigenen Nutzen. Auch wenn du vielleicht noch nichts von den einzelnen Techniken geh\u00f6rt hast, probiere es einfach mal aus. Es wird dich in deiner Meditationspraxis und energetischen Entwicklung ungemein unterst\u00fctzen einmal eine Mediationstechnik auszuprobieren mit der du noch nicht so vertraut bist. Jeder Abend besteht aus einer halben Stunde in der wir die aktuelle Praktik besprechen und dich weiter in die Geheimnisse der Meditation einf\u00fchren. Danach praktizieren wir gemeinsam eine Stunde oder l\u00e4nger. Alle Meditationskreis-Abende finden<strong> live<\/strong> in der Praxis in der <strong>Moserhofgasse<\/strong> 35 statt, k\u00f6nnen aber auch <strong>online<\/strong> via <strong>Livestream<\/strong> von \u00fcberall aus mitverfolgt werden (incl. Aufzeichnung). im Herbst \/ Winter 2022<\/h3>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Meditationskreis- Abenden findet zweimal im Jahr ein Meditations- Mini- Retreat statt. Dies beinhaltet online <strong>Vorbereitungssessions<\/strong> (in der wir in die Welt der Meditation weiter eintauchen und auch \u00fcben) ein kleines <strong>\u00dcbungsprogramm<\/strong> und ein in etwa 4-5 st\u00fcndiger Meditationsnachmittag in dem sehr intensiv mit unterschiedlichen Praktiken meditiert wird. Im Rahmenprogramm ist auch ein Goodiebag, Tee und Getr\u00e4nke sowie eine Snackverpflegung enthalten.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Mini Retreats ist es einen ganzen Nachmittag (bis in den Abend hinein) mit Gleichgesinnten zu verbringen. Du kannst dort in die Welt der Meditation eintauchen, ob erstmals oder schon als Profi, ganz egal. Meditationen haben in der Gruppe nochmal einen ganz anderen Charakter als alleine Zuhause.<\/p>\n<p>Am Meditationsnachmittag kannst du die Au\u00dfenwelt komplett ausblenden. Wir raten daher dazu, das Mobiltelefon einfach im Auto oder in der Tasche stecken zu lassen und dich voll und ganz auf dich und deine Energie zu konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Wir lachen, wir meditieren, wir f\u00fchren anregende Gespr\u00e4che in den Pausen w\u00e4hrend wir einen kleinen Snack genie\u00dfen.
